Dunkin’ Fall Items Ranked by a (former) Dunkin’ Employee

Ah, the fall time. Filled with pumpkin spice coffees and um… leaves? Everyone looks forward to fall because of all the fall flavors, and I think that Dunkin’ offers a wide variety of different seasonally flavored drinks and food. However, some of these options are horrendous and, to be candid, I wouldn’t wish their consumption on my worst enemy. For your taste buds (and your bank account), I created a ranked list of my 3 of my least favorite and favorite items from the Dunkin’ featured fall menu. Remember, this is only my opinion... but trust me on this one.

WORST TO GRACE THE EARTH-

3. Maple Sugar Snackin’ Bacon

Now this first one, I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone order it from me. And being a vegetarian, I’ve never tried it. As a whole, I don’t know how I feel about Snackin’ Bacon, no matter the flavor. Bacon in a bag just rubs me the wrong way. ?/10

2. Apple Cider Donut and Munchkins

I truly didn’t want to have to include these on this list, but the first time I tried this donut, I knew that it had earned its place at the bottom of my list. I remember biting in and expecting a moist, fun, fall experience in my mouth. However, instead of this, I got the food equivalent of a piece of plywood. In all seriousness, one of these could soak up a mid to large-sized body of water. 1/10

1. Spicy Ghost Pepper Donut

Don’t even get me started with this one. I truly question the sanity of whichever being on the dunking flavor counsel created this monstrosity. It isn’t too spicy, but why would you ever want a spicy donut! Seriously, riddle me that, Dunkin’. I don’t think I have to elaborate much more on this. -1000/10

FINAL MEAL WORTHY-

3. Chai Latte (hot and iced)

I consider myself to be a bit of a chai latte aficionado, and this one gets my blessing. Although it isn’t my favorite chai, (the crown would have to go to Starbucks) It’s somewhat palitable. And it is FAR better than whatever sad excuse for a chai latte they were trying to give us with the Vanilla Chai. Overall, 7/10

2. Pumpkin Muffin

Contrary to the aforementioned embarrassment of an apple cider donut, this muffin offers peak moisture and taste. And Its icing on the top is so cute, I just love it. 8/10

1. Signature Pumpkin Spice Latte (hot and iced)

She’s the latte that all other lattes envy. I saw Pumpkin Spice Latte wearing army pants, so I bought army pants. She’s what we all look forward to every year. This is probably my all-time favorite Dunkin’ drink. It gets even better if you get it made with Oat or Almond milk. Delicious and environmentally conscious. This drink gets an easy 10/10 any day.
